We’re on the cusp of a quantum shift in the way we market our products, our services, and ourselves. Marketing AI and machine learning will ultimately enable a more complete understanding of our customer interactions, resulting in improved customer experiences.
It’s a 1.21 gigawatt vision of the future we can all learn to love, even if it doesn’t include hoverboards and self-drying jackets.
